The Ridge

The Ridge road is a large open space, located in the center of Shimla. The Ridge is the hub of all the activities of Shimla. It is situated along the Mall road, which is the famous shopping center of Shimla. Personally, I have seen this place at night and it looks amazing and in winter with snowfall its just pure bliss.

The next interesting place is the Mall road. One can go here for shopping really interesting stuff at great affordable prices. In my opinion, you should go shopping at night as they bargain usually and gives us stuff at a good rate. Here usually people like to buy shawls and dresses with Kashmiri thread work and many more things.





Lakkar Bazar


If you are an art lover and love those artistic things Lakkar Bazar is just the right place for you. Here you can get lots of beautiful and artistic things specially made from wood just as the name suggests Lakkar means wood. This is one of the famous tourist attractions places and especially foreigners love this Bazar One must visit this Bazar if you want to buy some amazing stuff.

The Scandal Point


It is also one of the famous places in Shimla where tourist visits. This place has a quite an interesting history and that is why it is named "Scandal Point".The view of this point is much more beautiful just like the ridge in winters during snowfall.







The memorable journey of Toy Train

The view of Shimla's railway station is also very amazing. The serene beauty just attracts your eyes and fills up your heart.



One thing about this station that very few people know is in the station's canteen they serve really delicious parathas. If you are hungry or I'll suggest just don't take your breakfast in your hotel have it here in that canteen. Personally, my favorite one was Paneer parathas. The kitchen was also clean and hygienic and the owner of that canteen was also a very fun-loving person. I'll suggest one must try that parathas its yum.
Now moving forward one enjoy  Shimla to Kalka toy train journey and trust me it will be your best train journey ever. The journey is full of beautiful and mesmerizing views of mountains and valleys.




One can have an overall view of Shimla while traveling through this toy train.
The views are so much amazing you can feel like the mountains are meeting the sky.
And the journey is full of tunnels there are almost 102 tunnels through which this train passes by. Moreover, the beauty of this whole journey is just undefinable.

Yesterday me and my husband were talking about this Paragliding experience that we had  when we were in  Manali and suddenly those memories and beautiful views started popping up in my mind and thought to pen down it in this blog.
