Manali-The Real Charm Of North India

One of the most beautiful, revealing, fulfilling, magical places - the words to describe its beauty will go short but truly Manali is one the most beautiful hill stations in India.I have visited this place in November and its the best time for couples to have a romantic holiday. Manali in the admits of mountain slopes with outstanding views, charming streams, fairy tale-like fog surrounding the atmosphere is just amazing. This is the one place that should definitely be on your bucket list.

Now coming to the point when we reached Manali, our hotel has arranged a pickup for us and we directly checked in to it.I must say if you are planning for manly then Holiday Heights is the best place where you can stay.The views from the hotel's room is just breathtaking.As the hotel is situated over the mountains you can see the wide beautiful view from your room and balconies.Moreover, the food is delicious and the staff is also well mannered and their services are also excellent.

 You can have your breakfast while watching those snow covered mountains with lil bit of sunshine in the morning sitting in the garden area.

Now after we had our breakfast here we headed for the sightseeing with one of the hotel's personal cab driver. I recommend that you should book a cab only which is connected with your hotels for safety purposes.

And our journey begin from here.The singing Beas river continued along with us in our journey. The river looks so magnificent with clear water and you can hear the flow of water.

There are many fun adventure activities on your way but first of all, we rented suit which we need to have to protect oversells from the snow.

After that we headed towards an activity which is called River crossing.and it's quite enjoyable so one must try this if you are interested in doing some fun activities.

After this our cab driver cum guide took up to the famous points of Manali.

Hidimba Temple

Hidimba temple is wood stone temple and is dedicated to Hadimba , the wife of Bhima, one of the Pandava brothers from the Mahabharata.

After that, he took us to one of the most beautiful places Gulaba Snow Point. The views of the route before reaching there were also amazing.

Here you can enjoy the snow and even get clicked by the photographers wandering there in their local traditional clothes.In the chilling cold, you can have Maggi from the local stalls up there.You, ll just fall in love with the serene beauty of that place.

The other worth visiting place is Solang Valley

Solang Valley is one of the beautiful places you can see in Manali. This place has been used in many movies. Also once you reach there you can enjoy some good Chinese food or all-time favourite Maggie. Here you can enjoy many activities like Paragliding, Skiing, Zorbing, Cable car and many more.Moreover you can't forget to enjoy the beautiful views of this valley.

Paragliding

If you visit Manali then I'll highly recommend you to try Paragliding. It's the most undefined and heartwarming experience that every person should have in their lifetime. You can Paraglide in Solang Valley and even in Kullu,Manali. And I promise you won't felt that kind of experience in any other activities that you'll have in Paragliding.I really had an awesome one with my husband which I m never gonna forget.The view of mountains and flowing Beas river is just mesmerizing.

Skiing

Skiing is something that you can definitely go for especially if you love adventure. You can enjoy your skiing sessions in the beautiful snow-clad mountains.

Rohtang Pass

A beautiful and popular spot in Manali which has almost 25 lakhs of the public to visit here every year.In winter the mountains and roads headed towards there are fully covered with snow so it is almost impossible to get there.Hence the pass remains closed in winters.

Old Manali

Old Manali is a perfect place to enjoy, sweet eateries, lovely roads, and kitschy markets where you'll find artistic things handmade with love. Here you'll find old classic cafes that serve best continental food you can have and that also at very affordable prices. If you are someone who wants to spend their holiday truly in the lap of nature, beautiful views of the valley than old Manali is the place where there are some resorts and hotels away from all the hustle and bustle. This place is only disturbed by the twittering of birds and flowing rivers. 

Trekking

Manali is an amazing place for adventure lovers. There are base camps and you can try hiking and camping here, Moreover Spiritual yoga is also performed here and is quite famous among the tourists.Many tracking trips are also organized every year as this place has a perfect location for the same.

River Rafting

Another adventure you can indulge in is River rafting.Rafting in the beautiful Beas water and have an amazingly thrilling experience.

Zorbing

 Zorbing is one kind of adventure sport where in a person is placed in a huge transparent orb ball and then it is roled down from mountain slope. One should surely try this when here.
